Relocating employees and their families have access to online cultural assessments. This assessment offers a detailed and personalized cultural profile, divided into nine dimensions, which highlights both differences and alignments with the new culture. It acts as a tool to identify areas for improvement and to create a customized program.
Self-Paced Online Access
Our self-paced online cultural program offers resources, tools, and training curricula focused on living and working in a new culture, as well as adapting to various cultural environments. Our solutions equip individuals with the awareness, adaptability, and assimilation tools needed to improve the experience of transfers or assignments on both personal and professional levels. Online access is provided for one-year with the option to renew.
Virtual Coaching
Our certified Cultural Coaches offer virtual lessons, with each curriculum tailored to the results of cultural assessments to meet individual needs. Instruction is available in increments of 2 hours, 5 hours, 10 hours, and 25 hours, providing budget flexibility. Participants receive one year of online access. Virtual group instruction is also an option.
